Convert time zones and find meeting overlaps

See live clocks for eight major cities, convert any date and time between time zones, check hour differences against a chosen date, and use the 24-hour grid to find meeting windows that work for everyone. All calculations run in your browser.

The four panels, explained

Live clocks

Current times in Seoul, Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney, London, Paris, New York, and Los Angeles, updating in real time.

Time zone converter

Pick a date and time, choose source and target cities, and see the converted time with day-shift badges.

Hour-difference calculator

Enter a date and an hour offset to compute what that moment is elsewhere — handy for flight arrivals.

Meeting overlap finder

Tick cities to reveal a 24-hour grid showing shared working hours across all selected time zones.

1. Convert a specific time

  1. Open the converter panel and pick the date and time you care about.
  2. Select the source city and the target city.
  3. Read the converted time. A "+1 day" or "-1 day" badge appears when the date shifts in the target city.

2. Find a meeting window

  1. Scroll to the overlap finder and tick each city joining the meeting.
  2. Scan the 24-hour grid: highlighted columns are inside working hours for every selected city.
  3. Pick the window that suits the most participants, then confirm the exact time in the converter.

Reading the grid

  • Each row is a city, each column is an hour of the day.
  • Highlighted cells mark hours inside typical working hours for that city.
  • Columns highlighted across all ticked cities are your candidate meeting windows.
Working hours in the grid are typical 9-to-6 assumptions, not your team’s actual calendar. Always confirm with participants before booking.

Privacy and limitations

All conversions run locally in your browser using its built-in time zone data — no account, no uploads. Times depend on your device clock being correct. The tool shows representative cities and typical working hours; it does not read calendars or schedule meetings.

FAQ

Are daylight saving changes handled?

Yes. Times are computed with your browser’s built-in time zone database, so daylight saving transitions are reflected automatically.

How do I find a good meeting time across cities?

Tick the cities in the overlap finder, and the 24-hour grid highlights the hours that fall inside working hours for all selected cities.

What does the "+1 day" badge mean?

It means the converted time falls on the next calendar day in the target city — common when converting between Asia and the Americas.

How accurate are the live clocks?

They read your device clock and convert it to each city’s time zone. If your device clock is off, the displayed times will be off by the same amount.

Does the converter work for past or future dates?

Yes. Pick any date and time in the converter to see what it maps to in another time zone, including dates that cross daylight saving boundaries.
